Presentation Workshop of Czech mini reports

A presentation event will be organized in Germany on which the mini reports will be presented on: policymakers, representatives from local governments, NGO, local companies and experts to the field. Most of people who come for the event will be inhabitants of Chomutov region (lignite region) in the Czech Republic and in the same time coal trade union members. They are locally important people (opinion makers, including emploees of lignite power plants). The aim is to show them that Just Transition is possible - it was a topic of the mini report. The event will include presentation of the reports , discussion among participants and publishing of the conclusions on national level. Initial consortium meeting

Preparatory meeting of project partners in order to plan processes and deliverables of the proposed project. Initial meeting is essential in order to set the organisational structure of the project with University of Economics acting as a leading partner that will overtake the necessary steps to minimise the risk of conflict development. The expected outputs of the preparatory meeting are: 1. Identifying deliverables and discussing the processes behind 2. Establishing strong communication channels 3. Agreeing on ways how to facilitate team decision making 4. Agreeing on internal dissemination and ways on how to monitor activities 5. Discussing research methods and subsequent analysis 6. ANIMARKT MASTERS – workshops

Three skills workshops for graduates, students of the last years artistic and technical schools (educating in the field of film and animation) and beginner creators and producers. The workshops will have a highly exclusive character, there will be a limited number of places on each (up to 10 people). Recruitment for workshops will be made among those who already have specific knowledge and skills in the field (recruitment will take place on the basis of examples presented by the candidates – fragments animation, examples of realized projects).
