Medical dispatcher training – 50 h – Mestia

12 people who have been recruited will be trained by Mountain Rescuers Instructors from 3 different countries as part of the plan below. The training will fully allow the transfer of knowledge in the field of the mountain rescuer's dispatcher as well as will allow for transferring different knowledge on the topic of the rotator's work at the dispatcher's station. Covered topics, 50 hours: • Call taking techniques • Communications • Stress management • Organization of the notification system • Rules and procedures for accepting calls and dispatching medical emergency teams • The principles of collecting medical history, the basics and algorithms for collecting medical interviews by medical dispatchers, the coding system and the qualifications of calls. • Selected issues of emergency medicine necessary to perform the tasks of the medical dispatcher • The rules of communication and proceedings of the medical dispatcher with people with psychosomatic disorders • The rules of communication and proceedings of the medical dispatcher with children. • The rules of communication and proceedings of the medical dispatcher with people with difficult contact • The basis of criminal liability and civilian medical dispatcher. • Principles of first aid and the principles of providing necessary information to first aiders • The principles of cooperation with air rescue medical teams, indications for their use and the manner of disposal • Principles of using communication means for the needs of the State Medical Emergency • The rules of using satellite navigation equipment for the purposes of the State Emergency Medical Services system • Reading rules and map analysis in event positioning • Rules of conduct in case of natural disasters or technical failures. • Rules of conduct in the event of mass events and catastrophes • Principles of coordination of rescue operations at the voivodship level and in the case of the need to use emergency medical teams outside the voivodship • Tasks of the doctor of the medical emergency coordinator and the principles of cooperation • Psychological support for the dispatcher • Emergency situations (scenario exercises) https://www.icadfoundation.org/projekty/projekty-funduszu-wyszehradzkiego/eng/

Seminar in Macedonia

Seminar is organized to discuss the following: - The level of development of Social Economy in Macedonia ( legislation, support structures, financing system, public prucurement, etc.) ; - The main barriers for development of Social Economy. - Exploration of possible activities including solutions and good practices implemented in other countries. - Discussions on the concept of pilot Social Enterprise to be supported within the project in each of the participating countries. - During the seminar the Study visit will be organized in civic society organisation / social enterprise to facilitate mutual learning and cross-fertilisation of ideas and good practices. Duration: 4 days. Participants: 8 representatives from participating countries together with Macedonian representatives from civil society / local municipalities, job centres, social welfare centres; thanks to this seminar the concept of SE will be better recognized and developed, awareness will be raised.CSOs will be inspired to follow the SE path and create work places for the disadvantaged and also to be more self-sufficient.
