Children meeting in Zuberec
Another project activity is the 4-day meeting of the V4 countries and Ukraine in Zuberec. Within the opening meeting, the partners will be welcomed and presented through the exhibition installed in the Museum of the Orava Village. The exhibition will be prepared by teachers before the meeting in Zuberec. At the beginning, children will learn to present their community according to the common methodology of all partners. The exhibition will be open to the general public later. The children, under the supervision of their teachers, lecturers and mountain guides, will complete a full educational, cultural and sports programme in the following days. They will see the nature and life in the mountains in our territory. The TANAP Administration will teach children how to explore nature in national parks. Through the visit of cultural monuments in Orava, the children will be introduced to the rich cultural tradition of Slovakia. During workshops, children will be involved in looking for the common moments of both the V4 countries and all partners. Secured common accommodation and boarding will bring together all participants in the Zuberec meeting and will contribute to the best mutual knowledge and further maintenance of new ties and friendships of the V4 countries and Ukraine.
