Central European Feminist Summer School

The summer school will comprise of workshops by partner organisations and affiliated experts and participants, parallel panels and social activities. The aim of the project is to offer an accessible platform to participants from a diverse background, activities will primarily be conducted using non-formal learning methodology. Partner organisations will each organise activities in the areas of their expertise on issues of particular significance to young feminists in the region. Areas of focus will include effective activism and campaigning; violence against women; political representation; how to counter the rise of the far-right and the backlash against feminism; sexism and discrimination; bodily integrity and sexual and reproductive rights; and philanthropy and supporting others in the women’s rights movement. Partner meeting – Katowice Market Tour

Partners meet to share their best practices, reccomendations, the experiences of the 10th Public Market Conference and draw regional conclusions. Local partner organizes a public Market and neighbourhood tour, where project can be briefly presented. Local Partner shares its experience in data visualization. International conference

The public conference will gather representatives from all 4 participating countries in order to share experience and best practices with the project topic, present local events together with their outcomes, planned activities and activities already stared in their community. Relevant stakeholders, authorities responsible for education and youth, political representatives, policy-makers, and decision-makers, together with local youth leaders and youth workers will be invited. The main aim of the event will be to raise public awareness and to attract the attention of youth from V4 countries towards the importance of youth participation in civic life. During the following, private session attended only by representatives of the local events, the results of local activities will be reported and discussed.
