Study trip/excursion, Public reading • Wrocław

Reading of the winning Polish text; meeting with artists; study visit in Poland

This stage will be devoted to preparations to, and the premiere of the text-in-hand reading of the winning play in the Polish competition. For this event we will invite renowned artists representing Polish theatre. Right before and during the event we will be visited by representatives of partnering institutions, to share practical experience and use each other’s potential, as we are all people who work in our institutions every day. This study visit is a crucial element of the project as it is to create a real community of Visegrad countries on the cultural level, at the same time being a platform for experience sharing. After the premiere we plan to organize a meeting with artists working on the reading, who will tell us and the audience about the preparations of the winning text. We would like these guests to be renowned, but young artists who will also speak remembering the main theme of the project – “The Space of Freedom”. This phrase, addressed to young people mostly, should encourage them to speak for the matters that are important to them. https://muzeumpanatadeusza.ossolineum.pl/en/young-visegrad-theatre/
