Project Kick-off meeting
It will be the first meeting after the start of the project. It will be organised and moderated by the Applicant and Partner no 5 who will host the event in Poznań, Poland. The overall aim of the meeting will be to carefully schedule and plan all forthcoming project activities with a focus on dividing the work and setting deadlines for delivering the assigned tasks. Considering the lower cost of transportation the kick-off is planned in Poznań at the Poznan University of Life Sciences premises in November 2023.
The official launch of the project will take place during a kick-off meeting in Poznań, where project participants will present the assumptions of their work and talk about the Visegrad Fund. University authorities will be invited to the official kick-off, as well as stakeholders from the region, who will be informed about the event by e-mail and through informational leaflets.
Plan of the meeting: presentation of the partner institutions; exchange of experiences in the field of project themes; review of the available methodology of work; communication and dissemination plan, incl. launch of the website; preparation of tools and materials necessary to carry out and conduct educational campaign for wider new audience: scenario of an educational part of the project; screenplay of open lectures subjects and schedule. All the study details, including the applied methodology, the tools, and the precise division of tasks, will be set. The final design of the questionnaire directed to consumers in all four countries will be discussed, as well as the manner of data collection and verification.
The aim of the kick-off is to arrange further steps and organise the activities so that they are conducted in the same way in Poland, the Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia as well as the official launch of the project.
Each partner will actively participate in the meeting. The role of each partner and its assigned tasks will be determined in details. All partners will carefully review the project plan and project deliverables to identify potential risks and design appropriate mitigation measures. As a result of the meeting, a common project implementation plan will be established.
