International teacher exchanges (Product)

The project will involve exchanges of 4 teachers from each school who will visit the partner educational institutions on three dates. Each visit will last two days, during which experiences, best practices and teaching methods will be exchanged and shared. Kick-off off-line and follow-up experts on-line meetings

Off-line meeting and workshop of project partners. As not all partners know each other, there will an opportunity to get know each other in terms of their previous experiences, skills, needs and also weak points. The meeting will be held in Tbilisi in order to make a better picture about the current situation in the region/country/city/partners organizations. The partners shall present their current work, plans and expectations. A detailed discussion will be held on the project implementation, rules, duties, communication, responsibilities, deadlines.
