Training for Trainers and Pool of Trainers in the field of innovation
The Training for Trainers will focus on building internal EE capacities at HEIs in V4, Armenia and Georgia with a special focus on development of innovative services and products. The training is designed for 20 trainers, each country will be represented by 2-4 participants. It will be delivered as a one-week course (5 working days) and will take place at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) in summer/early autumn 2023.
The content of the training will be closely linked to the Methodological Toolkit created within the project. It will cover all phases of product development, from problem research and problem definition to prototyping and presentation of the results. Sessions will be highly interactive, and the training structure will simulate the real summer school/intensive course environment. The participants will work mainly in small groups and will be supported by the group of Master Trainers. The participants will learn through their own participant' experience but will also practise facilitation of individual sessions. Throughout the week, all participants will get feedback on their facilitation from the Master Trainers and other participants. After completion of the training, profiles of the trainers will be featured in the Pool of Trainers on the project website. This will make the dissemination of summer school/intensive courses easier across HEIs in the region, as universities will be able to approach these educators directly.
