NERVE4 workshop

Workshop for all participants of the project held in the Czech Republic. The workshop will inform on the progress, achievements and results of the project. The project end-users and other relevant stakeholders will be invited (e.g., employees of the Natural Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic). We are expecting 20 participants. Information on workshop (i.e., program and results) will be presented on the project website. The workshop will take two days. One day of the workshop will be devoted to the thematic excursion in the most representative locality of wetland forest, where the established plots for a long-term monitoring will be presented. Meeting in Eger

Arrival of the Miechowy dance group, in Eger at the local Cultural Center. They welcome each other, than after an introduction, and gifts exchange, the nations will meet at the stage, and show their own folk dances, traditions. After that, they go to the accommodation, and get ready for the nations night. The evening will start with folk music concerts. Furthermore, The nations will teach their own folk dance to the others, and dance with the audience together (dance house). The nations compose/choreograph the co-productions with each other, which they are going to perform together in the evening - Hungarian-Polish dance. The end of the rehearsal, the groups have a lunch, then go Sightseeing in Eger together. Youth camp organization

30 youth are traveling and get together for a 4 day International youth camp. propspective youth leaders from all partner countries meet for 4 days in Montenegro. The training is a mix of storytelling, knowledge-sharing, traditional classroom teaching, and interactive workshops, which enable the youth to take the lead in change and ensure their ideas and visions reflect common goals. In the first section, they are taught the approach and methods of Fun Sport for Social Change and a range of leadership skills. As part of this, they will participate in workshops, where they identify common goals and values to bring into the Fun sport for social change programmes. They will gain ownership of the programme and the sense of belonging to an international network working together for positive social change. The first camp section ends with practical experience by planning and leading community events. The second section enables the youth to develop the programme to deal with current contexts, approaches and issues relevant to them. This training consists of five modules: 1. Ideas selection, development and qualification; 2. Context and stakeholder analysis; 3. Strategic and operational goal setting; 4. Activity planning, 5. Follow up – monitoring, evaluation and lesson learned. Before participants return to their home communities, they will have a session creating the way-forward for the Regional Leaders Network concretely putting in place communication structures (social media outlets, and how to use them), plans of action and feedback procedure. https://www.facebook.com/events/1279926392558106/
