Organization of an international conference

The conference will be a place to exchange experiences in the field of pro-ecological product quality management. The conference will be an inspiring point for participants, making them aware of the need to apply the idea of sustainable development in product improvement. Organizing a virtual conference for all interested parties from the V4 countries (especially representatives of the MPW companies from the electromechanical industry, customers and potential customers, members of the consortium, representatives of research and science). The conference will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams. The conference will enable the presentation of papers and the exchange of views and experiences on pro-ecological product quality management. It will allow participants to present the results of the surveys carried out under the project. Additionally, it will enable the publication in English of scientific articles and case studies in a scientific monograph (or as a co-author of a scientific article planned under the project). 15) Baku Grande Finale

Baku Grande Finale is one of the very final elements of the whole project (only the results’ promotion remains at the end of the program). Apart from invitation to all startups participating in the qualifications from the beginning of 2022 (80+), venture capital funds, private business angels, representatives of municipalities, representatives of corporations and media, every Partner of V4 will be able to send representatives to physically attend the event in Baku. The event should contain stage presentations of 10 “Top Azerbaijani Stars” startups selected beforehand in Ganja Semi Finals. Every startup will have 5 minutes of stage time to deliver a pitch presentation and additional 3 minutes for Q&A with Jury Members. In every pitch startups will be asked to present - apart from the technological and business advantages - results of the major-challenge that they received after the local V4 chapters. The event should contain a business speed-dating session during which startups and international guests will have the opportunity to get to know each other and raise basic questions about the possible cooperation and investment. ONE ON ONE meetings with experts

The one-on-one meetingf arranged for V4 participants with international experts from world-leading companies will be an important part of the whole project. These meetings will allow V4 producers to consult their current projects in terms of development, promotional, festival, sales and impact strategies. Invited experts will give insights to the projects on how to reach international audience.
