visit of Polish tourist bloggers in the Czech Republic

Tourist bloggers’ visit will take place along the tourist routes of the Ustia Region (routes to be agreed with the bloggers). The main theme will be the route of castles and palaces, historic towns e.g. Strekov castle, Hazmburk castle, Ploskovice chateau, Libochovice chateau, the royal city in Litomerice, Roudnice nad Labem, Terezin with military architecture, Ustek. Subsequent proposals will concern the following attractions: wine (e.g the tours with testing of wine and visit wine makes themselves e.g. St. Tomas Winery in Male Zernoseky), beer (e.g. the oldest local micro-breweries Na Rychte Hotel Brewery in Usti nad Labem), regional product (e.g. prosciutto and meat products by Chovanecek). The visit contributes to objectives such as: presentation of new tourist destinations for sustainable tourism development in the partner and neighbouring regions (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) to the inhabitants of the partner regions and interested citizens of the four countries. Case Study: Growing Up with Animation: How It Shapes and Connects Generations

Panel discussion on animation for young audiences, covering a range of topics from the universal appeal of animated content to the challenges of producing and marketing it globally. Gert Hermans (ECFA – European Children’s Film Association) will lead the discussion and include different speakers - 1 director, 1 producer, 1 distributor & 1 festival manager. The discussion will focus on the perception of animation - whether it is only for children and whether an extra layer for adults is always necessary. Discovering the production process, including involving the target audience in focus groups, and why co-production is essential.
