Workshop II.
After local work (starting in the 4. month of the project) the applicant will prepare the draft of the planned guidebook (in the 7. month of the project). Prior to workshop no. II partners will have 2 months to review it and prepare with suggestions and comments. During this 2 months appplicant will organize the workshop.
The planned venue is in Budapest in Hungary, the country of origin of the applicant. Planned duration of the stay: 2 nights.
The programme of the workshop consists of three main parts
• Discussing the draft of the guidebook, possibility for modifications, finalizing the guidebook
• Discussing methods of distributing the results of the project
• Information to organize the final local press conference at the end of the project
Main goals of the workshop are to finalize the guidebook and to share experiences and develop the best ways to distribute them among stakeholders.
