Workshop in Slovakia

The implementation of the first working meeting in Slovakia (day 1—arrival and welcome meeting, day 2—working meeting/workshop, day 3—summary and departure) where the methodology of research will be set. The aim will be to choose methodology for the primary and secondary data collection on the corporate social responsibility in monitored countries. Also, the design of the study will be discussed. The output of this event will be the design of study (questionnaire for data collection, methodology of data collection and verification) so that it is guaranteed that all working groups proceeded in the same way. In case of a bad epidemiological situation in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, negotiations can take place online. Opening Meeting

This deliverable contains two types of events related to the project; an online conference and project meetings. The participating institutions will organize a joint online conference for the dissemination of the project results. During this conference, the parties can exchange best practices and knowledge related to course development and about the SMEs in the V4 countries. It is important to gain and share knowledge about the main topic of the project (start-up and SME foundation and management) thus ensuring the good quality of the main – course development – the activity of the project. Besides, another goal of this online conference is to involve the beneficiaries and the target group in the activities. The organizing process of the online event will contain the usual event organizing steps, such as preparation of the online platform, invitation of the guests and participants, preparation of the presentation materials, and dissemination of the conference. The participant HEIs will cover the cost of this activity with their contribution. The main organizer of the conference will be the leader of the project, BBS. The second type of activity is the project meeting, which aims to increase the effectiveness of the project implementation and converge with the dissemination goals. The participating HEIs will organize two personal meetings during which they discuss the related activities and the implementation of the project. These personal meetings will increase the effectiveness of the cooperation between the parties and can have a longer effect on the participants by strengthening their connection.
