Facilitated Specialised Digital Workshops on Policy Dialogue in Entrepreneurship Education
Within the last part of the PEERS project, it is foreseen to develop special policy recommendations to Georgian policy and decision makers in regards to possible measures for enhancing entrepreneurship education in Georgian schools. For this end, the first activity to gather inputs and recommendations of key stakeholders during specialised digital workshops. Key stakeholders such as specialists of entrepreneurship education and teachers’ network representatives will attend two specialised digital workshops, each lasting 3 hours. The first digital workshop will be dedicated to review existing frameworks and mechanisms for quality school-based entrepreneurship education in Visegrad countries and discuss which of these models could inspire a Georgian framework. The second digital workshop will be more Georgia-focused, in the sense that the facilitator will guide debates and reflection in order to formulate tangible recommendations for improving school-based entrepreneurship education. Recommendations can range from curriculum improvements, mechanisms for cooperation with external stakeholders, teachers training, etc. Both digital workshops will take place online to overcome potential restrictions due to covid19 pandemic and reduce ecological footprint. Each are attended by 12 participants (9 Georgian, 3 Visegrad countries) and a facilitator will guide and structure dialogue.
