Cross-Border Cooperation Academy
Cross-Border Cooperation Academy—a week-long program dedicated to young people from the V4 and EaP countries, aimed at developing practical leadership and managerial skills. Classes during the Academy will be organized in a practical formula, i.e. workshops. Study visits to Lublin institutions and organizations experienced in international youth cooperation will complement the practical dimension of the project. Classes with professional trainers-practitioners of cross-border cooperation will be conducted in English. City of Lublin, with the support of the project partners, will be responsible for the recruitment. Applications will be accepted through the open call from candidates aged 18–35, interested in international cooperation and willing to gain leadership and managerial competences. The Selection Committee will be appointed to get the best candidates. The participants of the Academy will increase the level of knowledge and managerial and leadership competences and exchange experiences with partners from V4 and PW, which in the long-term will influence the intensification of cooperation between entities from V4 and EaP.
