CSO/NGO Training in Chisinau

During this two-day session in the first part, interactive training will be provided for the members of the CSO/NGO community, followed by a discussion under the official platform of the Conference on the Future of Europe. During the training, trainers will cover the following topics: 1. Topic Management: How to effectively map the needs of your community 2. Project Management: How to translate your project idea into an effective proposal, where to seek partnerships and financial support 3. Financial Management: Why is Excel your best friend? 4. People and event management: How to effectively manage your team and how to organize events that will fit your audience 5. Advocacy strategies (internal and external), communication with decision-makers 6. Stakeholder mapping: Who is who in the domestic arena, where to find partnerships and supporters for your cause From experience of the past one year, the trainings are planned to be held in person due to increased attention of the participants creating increased interactivity within group, which is crucial during the learning process and networking, from which the proposed project benefits and on which it builds on. The concept of the Roadshow of training was formed with an intention that minimizes international travel to bare minimum. Seminar for Visegrad and Georgian researchers on school-based entrepreneurship education

The international seminar for researchers serves as the kick-off event for the development of the case studies on entrepreneurship education in Visegrad countries. Synergy Workshop for Librarians, Teachers and LG Representative -Civic Activism and Cooperation practice between local Actors

2 offline workshops will take place in East and West part of Georgia in target municipalities mutually for Teachers, Librarians and local authority representatives. In total 40 people will attend the workshop on Civic participation during pandemic and cooperation practice between municipal actors with schools.
