Practical Workshop on Innovative Food Products Development

Practical workshop will be organized to transfer best practices and experience from Slovakia on development of innovative healthy agri-food products without artificial additives like drying, fermentation, cooking spreads. Participants will practically exercise the processes and process their own harvest. Output no. 4: Public event in Prague

Public event in Prague will summarize the knowledge concerning scientific excellence, innovation potential and best practise across 6 countries involved in the project. Special focus will be given to the current state of technology transfer and entrepreneurial mindset in Czechia and other V4 countries. Experts from V4 will comment on the lessons learned from decade of building the technology transfer capacities and innovation community in Central Europe. There will be opportunity for networking of participants after the event which will make it possible to continue the discussion informally. http://www.v4transfer.com/

Dissemination-Conference

As part of the dissemination activities, the following activities will be carried out: organization of a dissemination Conference for min. 30 people from Poland and Slovakia (management, teaching staff, students, etc.) regarding WQ methods in vocational / technical education).
