Rounding up the results: evaluative meeting

After all partners will have organised InMotion sessions in their respective schools, the project representatives will have a final evaluative meeting. The Polish partner will host this gathering in Warsaw. The main aim of this meeting is to allow the partners to be reunited in-person and plan on the sustainability of the project. The partners will discuss, based on individually pre-prepared brief reports/analyses, how the sessions unfolded in each of the schools. Likewise, they can gauge the impact of the online strategic communication platform by looking at the engagement rates herein. Moreover, the partners will consider strategies and actions to maintain the platform an active, frequently used means of communication within the partnership and an attractive forum for the wider public beyond the timeline of the project. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In addition, this meeting will permit the partners to determine the school winning the InMotion competition. After comparing the scores recorded on the platform throughout the duration of the project, the school with the highest number of points will be declared the winner and accordingly be awarded a prize. The total prize is set at 2200 euros, financed from the project budget line corresponding to awards. Nonetheless, to avoid disproportionate financial allocations, the prize will be divided between the three best scoring schools as follows: first place – 1000 euros, second place – 700 euros, third place – 500 euros. The money will be exclusively used by the recipient schools to purchase sports equipment or other items which can improve early health education in their institution. Lastly, all partners will pledge to sustain informal connections and potentially collaborate on similar topics. https://www.nextgen.cool/inmotion/
