Training of ANAU Staff in SUA
The most important precondition for the existence of the SSDC is the availability of relevant specialists who will teach there. That is why the 5 lecturers selected from the ANAU will be trained on soft skills teaching and modules at the V4 partner universities.
The main goal of the training in SUA is to train two lecturers from the ANAU on the following soft skills and modules that should be implemented at the ANAU: 1) Communication skills, 2) Leadership. The participants of the training will have a supervisor (project coordinator at SUA) who will organize the visit and training at SUA. The duration of the training is 8 days (6 working days + 2 travel days). Upon completion of the training and returning to Armenia, the participants will work with their trainers of SUA to develop the modules that should be taught at the SSDC. As a result of this training, the ANAU will have a skilled and trained staff, who will be able to work at SSDC and teach Communication skills and Leadership modules.
