On-line Seminar for Students
A 1-day seminar (ca. 8 didactic hours) will be prepared by experts from the participating V4 Universities for students/PhD students and/or young researchers who will register to take part in the training on drug discovery. The participants will be selected in an open and transparent recruitment process as described in section 3.3. One of the selection criteria will be the participant’s willingness to pursue a scientific career in the drug design & discovery field. The main aim of the seminar will be to theoretically prepare the participants to the training that will be implemented during a study visit in another country (either Poland, Slovakia or Czechia), described in further deliverables.
It is planned that each student—participant of this seminar—will take part in one study visit in another country. We plan to recruit ca. 30 participants: 10 participants from Poland: 5 will take part in a study visit No. 1 at Masaryk University; 5 will take part in study visit No. 2—at Comenius University in Bratislava; 10 participants from Czechia: 5 will take part in a study visit No. 2—at Comenius University in Bratislava; 10 participants from Slovakia: 5 will take part in a study visit No. 1 at Masaryk University; 5 will take part in study visit No. 3—at Medical University of Lublin.
