Showcase Day (on-line)

Each of the V4 partnering organizations will be participating in the preparation and implementation of the Showcase Day through its representatives and facilitators. The event will be prepared during two team meetings on which all facilitators will align on the program and divide tasks and responsibilities. This 1-day online event will serve as a closing, reflection, and celebration. During it, the small teams of students which worked together during the mentoring phase (project quest) will present the ideas, which they were developing during the mentoring phase, their development, successes struggles, and results. Each small team will have a slot to share in front of all other participants. After the presentations, we would like to have a reflection time in small teams, where the students will share their personal feelings and have space to think about their own learnings from the process of working on initiatives and small projects. We will close the event with a virtual certificate ceremony, on which we will invite special guests from the partners' network—successful entrepreneurs. After the event, there will be project evaluation and reflection, part of which will be attended by all facilitators (1–1.5 h session) and will be followed by a more extensive (1.5–2h) session which will be compulsory for all projects coordinators. In this way, we would like to close the project and reflect on the learnings. https://www.leafacademy.eu/visegrad-participants-web/

Provincial Stage

The provincial stage of the competition, similarly to the first stage, will be held online. It will take place simultaneously in 13 provinces on the online platform MS Teams. It will allow for a clearer logistics process and money savings summing up to around €2,500 compared to the provincial stage being held offline. This form of the stage has been successful in previous two editions and we want to continue building on that. Our central merythorics team along with the consultants from our partners' teams will create a case study in English, which will be then translated into V4 languages. On 8.04.2022 the case will be sent to the teams of participants which moved on from the First stage of the competition. They will have 24 hours to send back their solution in a presentation form. We will conduct the stage on an MS Teams online platform, to which we have access as an organization, on which the presentations of the solutions will be held. https://businessismore.eu/
