Workshop: Warsaw

As part of the project, four workshops will be organized (one workshop in each of the partner countries). Their aim will be to present identified and evaluated cooperation models—measuring effectiveness of the identified models in regards to outputs, management, costs—transferability and modifications of the models and avoiding one size fits all problem and to involve representatives of various environments in the discussion and developing ideas on the possibilities of widespread dissemination, promotion, implementation and monitoring of the long-term evaluation of these models’ applications by involved research institutions. Both participants of the study (cluster managers and representatives of research institutions) and representatives of institutions not participating in the study will be invited to participate in the discussion and provide feedback in order to further develop presented outcomes. Moreover, policymakers will be invited. The discussion will concern limitations in implementing cooperation models outside clusters. Each country may have different conditions such as legal regulations, business environment. The workshops will also be used to discuss the conditions that must be ensured so that R2B and B2R cooperation models existing in clusters can be implemented on a larger scale. The workshops will allow to clarify and improve the project's recommendations for the practice. The participation of research institutions and enterprises outside the clusters will also help verify proposed cooperation models. https://v4clusters.sgh.waw.pl
