March On-line Series—Seminar 1

The free online seminars are intended for architects and engineers, professionals and students alike. They cover the topics on Sustainable Urban Planning, Sustainable Building Design, Sustainable materials, Sustainable project management, Energy-Efficiency, Renewable Energy Systems, building certification systems such as LEED, circular economy, etc. The aim is to improve the knowledge regarding Sustainable Buildings Design, to improve the hard/soft skills of professionals and students in architecture and engineering. Preparatory Meeting

1-day on-line preparatory meeting with the aim to review the objectives, the activity plan, to introduce each other, to get to know each other work in the field of community engagement, to review the division of the responsibilities and roles between the applicant Mission: Reconnect and the partners, to review the visibility, financial issues, to clarify any issues that the partners might have. A number of the partners: 2 participants per the applicant Mission: Reconnect, 1 participant per organization to be present for the whole duration of the meeting, and additional participants being present for specific sessions e.g. on the session focus on finances we expect to be present the financial stuff of participating organizations. https://bridgingcommunities.tumblr.com/

Kick-off Project Meeting

Initial project meeting for all the project partners to kick-off the project, 1–2 ppl per organisation, total of 10 ppl. Setting the project schedule, communication channels, setting the management issues.
