Winter Camp for Students and Teachers in Georgia

The joint offline training for 16 people-project participant students and teachers will be held in Georgia by two V4 partners from Edukator (Poland) and Demnet (Hungary). First 2 days will be delivered by Polish expert for Teachers in Competences for Democratic culture. Another 2 days will be Hungarian expert''s contribution in school student's practical training in innovative citizen participation, sharing tools and methods. Trainer from Demnet will also mentor students and teachers brainstorming on future community initiatives resulting in drafted community project ideas. The final day will be dedicated to participants feedback and mutual activities facilitated by the led partner. As a result, teachers competences in teaching democratic citizenship is improved and student's practical knowledge on innovative ways of participation is raised, schools have draft community initiatives and readiness for starting the implementation phase. www.civitas.ge

Coordinators’ Summit

This output is a meeting that we will hold for all the participating international project partners. The purpose of the meeting is to integrate the international team and familiarize it with all the details of the project being implemented jointly in order to be able to achieve all its goals together. We will ask 2 representatives of each partner to come to Warsaw for a weekend. There we will conduct a series of trainings (ex. project management, team management, money spenditure), discuss the marketing strategy (online and offline promotion), debate over merythorical part of the competition (subject and evaluation of the cases,enlistment of the judges) and rules of cooperation. We will also aim at identifying and solving potentially found issues connected with all the above. Apart from that, we will also organize a photoshoot which we will be able to use during online promotion. We hope to get to know our partners better and integrate in order to work together seamlessly. SAP Workshop and Open Day

Sharing the project results, lessons learned, outcomes and findings beyond the participating organisations is of paramount importance and will enable a wider community to benefit from our work.
