Monitoring Meetings in the Regions
Monitoring meetings will take place with all four project partners (Bělá Microregion, Klátovské rameno Microregion, Gmina Klodzko and the municipality of Tényö) with the aim of creating a list of ideas and suggestions for solutions in the regions and a list of successfully solved projects that are beneficial for development and where implementation is expected by some association. For example, the Bělá Microregion can share, among other things, experience with the solution of maternity centers, scouts and fishermen and senior activities, the Klátovské rameno microregion with experience with sports facilities and leisure time, water sports and pedestrian safety, Gmina Klodzko with experience with cemeteries , the activities of social associations and neighborhood assistance and the Municipality of Tényo on their experience with waste sorting solutions, cooperation between farmers and tourism for the elderly. All meetings will also include an offer of successful implemented projects and solutions of the association for use and implementation by partners. If possible, the lists will be supplemented with photo documentation, or proposals for solutions, including recommendations. Meetings are one of the first preparatory steps for joint meetings of all project partners and the processed materials will be available for joint meetings. The participants of all meetings will be provided with refreshments, the rental of the premises will be provided free of charge by the organizers of individual meetings and the transport to the place will be paid by the participants of the meetings.
