International Online Workshop for Sustainable Future Buildings Challenge
At the Training School and Workshop rea case-studies will be analyzed in order to help municipalities solve certain Sustainability issues they have and to propose solutions for Future Sustainable Buildings.
The participants will be encouraged to share their novel and brave visions for future development and advancement of the Sustainable Buildings.
Preparation and management of an Online Workshop. This will significantly contribute towards increase of the hard/soft skills of the engineering students and professionals in the domain of Holistic Sustainable Design and planning, Sustainable materials, Sustainable project management, Energy-Efficiency, Renewable Energy Systems, etc. Besides Lecturing, the participants will have mentoring and a hands on approach on implementing their newly gained knowledge onto a real case-study example and try to improve the Sustainability of the Neighborhood/Building. Besides Lecturing, the participants will have mentoring while working on a real case-study example and try to improve the Sustainability of the Neighborhood/Building and implementing their newly gained knowledge. The aim is to propose state-of the-art solutions, brave visions and advancements for the development of Future Sustainable Buildings by implementing Sustainable Design, technologies and materials. The participants will work in online teams, adapting to the new collaboration due to the pandemic, and stimulating their collaboration and teamwork.
