Promoting V4 Mobility in Czechia

This event will follow the same structure of the other one in Košice. We chose Prague because we want to balance the previous event we hold last year in Poland and Hungary, and create a similar setting for the new partnership and sponsor the country’s companies. Prague is the capital and dynamic cultural and entrepreneurial center, we think is perfectly fitting with our objectives. This event will include different stakeholder partners (companies and schools) and it will be held in different dates. Decision-makers need to be regularly invited and be informed about the undiscovered opportunities. We will prepare promo material which they receive before departure (experience tells us that decision-makers mainly prepare for the meetings during their journey to the event). In our event, we will start by welcoming the participants at a dinner on Thursday (18/03/2021) and create an atmosphere for networking. The day of the event (19/03/2021) we will encourage the discussions and ideas creation. http://v4mobility.org

Kick-off Project Meeting

We will launch the project by holding a kick-off meeting. At the meeting, 2 people per partner (1 project manager and 1 accessibility expert) will take part. This in-person meeting will allow partners to meet each other and fine-tune project plans to actual implementation. We prefer an off-line, in-person meeting to an online one, because this will be the first time all partners can actually meet each other. In the first half (3 hours) we will discuss details of the finalized timeline, the approved budget, contractual matters, expected outcomes throughout the project etc. In the second half, we will start working on three deliverables: the situation analysis with a common guideline for all partners; the accessibility monitoring toolkit; and the 'good practices and lessons learned' publication. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100075444493018
Concert • Liptovský Mikuláš

Broadcast of the Concert

The concert will take place in September 2021 in the synagogue of Liptovsky Mikulas. unique cooperation amongst two significant figures of Polish, Czech and Slovak popular music--Ewa Farna and Miroslav Žbirka (this will be their first-time ever common performance). Both artists are the most popular musicians in Central Europe. They will be accompanied by the Hungarian Ghymes group. Musical performance will be intertwined by a discussion on the history of the Visegrad group as it is perceived by the Slovak minister of foreign affairs, director of the IVF (to be confirmed) and other guests. We will also discuss the Central European culture, music and our common identity. As a result, we will produce two TV shows that will be broadcasted in Slovakia as a traditional program of the Christmas holidays in 2021. The records will be also offered to national television in V4 countries and to producers of cultural events. https://www.rtvs.sk/televizia/program/18231/300608
