HU—5th Peer group meeting

The meetings are the core activity of our advocacy strategy—networking relevant stakeholders and providing them with national and comparative evidence (from NIEM/ V4NIEM and other research) concerning the quality IPs + creating multi-stakeholder platform to share/discuss/coordinate—opinions/experience/action. Minimum 10 participants/meeting. In the 1st V4NIEM period—the average amount of IPA's Peer group meeting participants was 25.4. In the 2nd period of V4NIEM, IPA opts for lower attendance to boost the efficiency of discussions with estimates between 10 and 14 of participants per meeting. (Target group numbers reflect totals with each participant of each meeting counted as "1". (Target group numbers reflect minimum—totals with each participant of each meeting counted as "1". The amount of unique individuals can only be roughly estimated by dividing each target group by 1.5) https://www.clovekvtisni.cz/en/visegrad-3106gp

Promoting V4 Mobility in Slovakia

In order to increase the mobility quality & numbers among V4 countries and mitigate the shortage of practitioners in local industries and the Covid 19 effects on economies and on young people, we planned to organise this event to gather decision makers and plan the future activities. Last year in the previous event we organized the events, network activities in Poland and Hungary, this year we will concentrate on the other 2 V4 States. We decided to make the event in Kosice because it is the second-largest city in Slovakia and a dynamic cultural center. Decision-makers need to be regularly invited and be informed about the undiscovered opportunities. We will prepare promo material which they receive before departure (experience tells us that decision-makers mainly prepare for the meetings during their journey to the event). In our event, we will start by welcoming the participants at a dinner on Friday (20/11/2020) and create an atmosphere for networking. On the day of the event (21/11/2020) we will encourage the discussions and ideas creation. The event includes: - Morning: one study visit in a local company: this activity will be important to address the development of the VET strategy and important for group building and circulate information among the country representatives. - Afternoon: Presentations about the V4 potential, coordinating organizations, schools with best practices (HU hosting, PL hosting, SK sending, CZ sending); discussions about local and regional realities, challenges and opportunities; the signing of a letter of intent to strengthen the cooperation between our states. - Evening: One-on-one meetings for better information flow, and for signing agreements to start to work together; preparing for the upcoming application deadline. - Evening/night : networking event dinner, which will offer a less formal atmosphere and encourage discussions about future cooperation in any partnership. On the 22nd of November, participants will travel home together and still have hours to talk about their experience and develop their internal (within their country) cooperation. We will record two videos and promote V4 hosting and sending which we will make available for everyone to use. http://v4mobility.org
