On-line Meetings with V4 Countries Experts
Need assessment will identify the Terms of Reference and the key learning areas to be covered by the consultations with V4 countries. The participants will be up to 40 representatives of the created earlier Working Group (CSOs representatives) focusing on effective implementation of the Action Plan in Armenia with a special focus on women and youth engagement in transparency and accountability processes and interactions with the Government of Armenia.
As per the agreement with the selected Slovak, Polish, Czech and Hungarian partners and based on the identified needs by the Working Group, the V4 Partners will facilitate and organise onlinecmeetings with their representatives and other NGO partners, networks and platforms engaged already in the V4 countries in the work on the government’s accountability, transparency and data sharing as a part of Open Society Partnership (Slovakia and Czech) and other frameworks such as Open Data (Poland, Hungary). At least 4 organizations and institutions in each Visegrad country will participate in learning and best practice sharing events and meetings during the Study Visits.
