Leadership Training

This is a youth leadership training that will be provided to 2 youth leaders per partner organisation. The training will focus on leadership, organisation, event-management and multicultural skills. Project Management Lab

Thirty (30) participants (the same participants from the Student Activism School) will undergo a two-month training aimed at supporting good management practices and effective decision making throughout a project management cycle. The topics will include: Project management theory; Programming; Project identification; Project formulation; Project implementation; Project evaluation; Agile project management; Project management priorities based on PMBOK. http://apy.am/actors-of-change/

Study Visit to Ukrainian Border SMEs

Transferring the EU practical experience of SMEs sustainable development by eco-innovations instruments to Ukrainian and Belarus SMEs and other project target group representatives using an example of Ukrainian border entrepreneurial structures. After the workshops participants from both countries will be prepared for the Study Visit. The business attractiveness of eco-innovation is almost undiscovered within Ukrainian and Belarus SME community and incapable of being delivered by traditional/ conventional market drivers, therefore it needs to be stimulated by successful experience sharing. Since there are good examples of supporting services for SMEs implemented in the EU countries planned to be visited, the event will also include visits to SMEs supporting institutions (cluster and start-up centers, advisory entities, NGOs). That will allow the participants to gain a better understanding of the EU support system for innovative entrepreneurs. The study visit will be lasting 10 full days and will provide for trips to Ukrainian border regions. www.cts.org.ua
