International Training

3 - day international training set with the aim to reach the following objectives: -to introduce the methodology, and the indicators, to demonstrate the practical use of the methodology to assess the social entrepreneurial ecosystems and better understand the way how they function, the challenges, elements to be improved; -to increase the competencies of selected participants representing civil society and social enterprises to use the methodology to assess their social entrepreneurial environments; -to support networking and sharing practices between Visegrad and Western Balkan countries to support creating a supportive social entrepreneurial environment. The structure of the training: DAY 1: Getting to know each other, networking activities; introducing the methodology, the indicators; DAY 2: Practical use of the methodology in the practice: workshops with the creators of the methodology, experiencing the process of assessing the ecosystems, addressing the challenges, and obstacles; DAY 3: Working on the plans for applying the methodology at the national level, discussing the challenges linked to the local specifics of participating countries. Beekeepers’ dissemination activity Slovakia

The outputs will be organized as a plenary lecture where the effect of agriculture production to the honey bee production will be demonstrated. The Lecture will also show how to use maps source to predict the honey bee production as well as how to prevent honey bee diseases. The plenary lectures will be followed with discussion where the main beekeeper’s issue in country will be discussed. College of Visegrád+ Weekend University

During 2024, we are organising event series, a Weekend University at the Campus of the Ludovika University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary. The event, which will gather college students as participants and international lecturers from the V4 countries is planned to include the following event elements: - discussions with diplomats and politicians, government officials and civil society actors, think tank experts representing the V4 countries, - interactive co-lectures with V4 experts covering topics including (1) the history of Central Europe, (2) our regional economic potential for modernisation, (4) a V4 green policy, (5) an AI strategy for the Visegrád Group, (6) V4 security and defence policy in the context of the war in Ukraine - debates between lecturers on (I.) "Troublemakers or valuable team players? – The role of the V4 in international relations within the European and global geopolitical context" and (II.) "A green policy for the Visegrád Group – an ideal or a realistic approach?
