Demonstration Workshops Pilot 1

The following are foreseen: Demonstration workshops at the Pilot I: under live workshop model: right at the farm, showing the applied solutions and on-farm biodiversity protection and sustainable agriculture, by the Academy best trained leader: the pilot owner, being instructed and mentored by the experts: tutors, providing introductory presentations. The leaders are encouraged to offer their know-how to network of small-scale farmers invited as per paid local biodiversity protection and provision adaptation consultancy under agro extension. 50 participants rep. farmers, including the graduates of the Academy, media, donors, community. On-the-spot press briefing will accompany the workshop to inform about the pilot investment implementation project outcomes, promoting Visegard know-how and help to Albania and WB. Kick-off meeting

The initial meeting will be held as a web meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be an introduction among partners’ representatives. The more detailed communication and collaboration procedures will be established during the meeting. Partners will present themselves to the consortium of the project, exchange their experiences and present a particular vision on the role in the project activities more accurately. Particular topic and aspects of railway heritage tourism to be examined through the project activities will be drafted and structured more coherently. Local workshop with press conference
