Orava Snowkite Challenge (OSC 2021) is a competition = Snowkite race where the main goal is to united Worldwide community of kiters in one place - on region of Horna Orava, in the north of Slovakia with the main goal of our contribution of Regional development on the international level and to offer the best conditions for Slovak and abroad people, which I missed them. OSC 2021 will take place at one of the largest and most high-lying spots (820 m) in Horna Orava on “CHAPEL SPOT". The place is near of the Christian chapel visited by many people. The spot is located 12 km from the border with Poland = Korbielow - the location of our abroad Polish partner. The spot is located between the villages of Sihelné and Oravské Veselé located in Horna Orava region. Detailed description of the event organization : Preparation phase: 3 months before (October 2020 – December 2020) - Regular meetings with our abroad partner organized on weekly or be-weekly basis. During the meetings we will assign all actions, issues, responsibilities and required dates to closed them on time. Technological Session

In cooperation with V4 partners we will organize Technological Session where technical universitiess and tech companies will present technological products or innovations focused on the elderly and their specific needs. We aim to bring together presenters of 2 projects or products and 3 PhD students nominated by each each V4 partner and provide them with a scholarship for attendance of the conference. In cooperation with our partners we will invite technological companies from V4 and other coutries to present technological products or innovations focused on the elderly and their specific needs. This session should play a role of a catalyst for the advancement of implementation of new technologies to the lives of older people. Technological researchers, producers and inovators will meet face to face with care givers, providers of health care and social services and representatives of seniororganisations and receive their feedback. “Future of Telemedicine” Panel followed by Q&A

In cooperation with our V4 partners we will organize panel discussion „Future of telemedicine“. The Covid-19 pandemic imprisoned us all at home and made it significantly more difficult to access health care for the long-term and acutely ill patients. Due to the risk of infection, there has been a growing interest in telemedicine services provided remotely over the Internet. The experience with Covid-19 has dramatically increased awareness of the possibilities of telemedicine among physicians, and hopefully also among governments and insurance companies. Remote examinations can serve as a filter and help reduce the number of visits to the general practitioner or to hospital outpatient clinics. Telemedicine can also remotely monitor chronically ill patients at home or in nursing homes so that caregivers can help them in a timely manner, for example in the event of a fall or sudden deterioration. This session should take an advantage of recent unfortunate experience with the virus and discuss the process of implementing telemedicine in healthcare in Visegrad countries and to share experience and good practices in this field.
