I. Meeting—Be Smart (Behaviour Energy and Environment)
The exact date will be set after the start of the project. It will be an introduction meeting of the research team and target groups. During this meeting professional lectures on energy and the environment will be realized. After the lectures there will be a social evening and an excursion will be realized. All V4 countries will be involved. The project cost will include expert contributions by project researchers and guests from the EU. “Be Smart” Theme. We are expecting the duration of 2–3 days meeting, incl. social event (the location could change according to the project need). This is the first of 3 events that build on one another. In the preparatory phase, all members of the consortium will be acquainted with the C3E strategy; The executives of the participating organizations will acquaint the remaining members of the consortium with the research team, proposed methods of achieving the expected effects. The staff will also become familiar with the background of the research organizations. Virtual access will be explored in detail. Special attention will be paid to the development of participating organizations over the last 15 years. For the target group students and young researchers, this product is particularly interesting for their direct participation in the form of co-organization and lectures. Last but not least, they have the opportunity to meet renowned experts who remember the changes of the last 15 years in the field. Municipality—have the opportunity to speak directly at the event and share their experience. Above all, however, they are expected to attend as on-site listeners or eventually get to know the outcomes of the event on the site. Business—this target group will primarily use the expertise of the partners involved and will be informed about the latest trends in the context of the past 15 years.
The conclusions of this event will serve as outputs on the Web, press releases, etc.
