Workshop with experts and Olimpic champion athletes through the II. Visegrad Cup

Before the water polo tournament, the children would take part in a joint workshop where they could get to know each other and exchange ideas. The workshop will alsobe attended by Olympic water polo champion Gábor Kis and worldchampion water polo player Fruzsina Brávik, who can draw theattention of the athletes and the public through the event, that the victims of the war are certainly everywhere, and the war cannot beaccepted for anyone. Only peaceful coexistence and sporty, pure competition is an acceptable social attitude. The Olimpic championscoming to the children for free, in social work. In addition, Drahota Petra, a sports psychologist, conducts a session for the children in the workshop: she leads a team-building training session and then gives a presentation on conflict management to the children. Human Resources Case Study Solving in Slovakia

The workshop in Slovakia will take place in the form of a competition of four 3-member teams composed of students from different universities, who will compete for valuable prizes and then present the results to the students of the university. The goal of the competition is to apply knowledge about human resources management, connect students with practice and compare approaches to people management within the V4 countries. The essence of the competition is solving a case study using data from the project and applying it to the conditions of the V4 countries, where each competing team represents 1 drawn country.
