The planned workshop for students as part of the HRM in V4 project, funded by the International Visegrad Fund, represents a significant milestone in examining the past, present, and future of human resource management. As a key organizational support function, HRM plays an immensely important role in guiding businesses towards success. Despite the potential of artificial intelligence to replace certain aspects of human resource management, human resources will remain a key element of future organizations, albeit with numerous structural modifications. During the upcoming workshop, students will have the opportunity to learn about the role of employer branding as an important element of HRM. The training course aims to empower local youth leaders and representatives from youth civil society organizations in Georgia, Moldova, and Armenia with a profound understanding of anti-Western disinformation and its implications on the democratic progress of their respective nations. This intensive duration underscores the program's commitment to equipping participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills. The course effectively encourages participants to critically analyze the pernicious effects of propaganda on the democratic evolution of their countries.
