Trip to Malá Skála

This activity is addressed to our project target group of 16 Pl/CZ homeschooling kids from Free School Ronja and 16 PL homeschooling kids from Mandala. We will meet in Malá Skála and go down the river Jizera. This will be one of the trips, which used to be favorite for children in our last Visegrad project and is very important for cz/pl kids integration, socialization and learning common history on practice. It helps kids as ice-breaker activity—sport experience brings them easier together and is one of the great informal learning tools. It is also important to show kids that their border region and sport activity is attractive and interesting. https://www.facebook.com/svobodnaskolaronja/photos/a.1824015804308849/3471945339515879/

4x Short-Term Scientific Missions in Bratislava

The partner from Slovakia focuses on the effect of the compounds sensitizing the multidrug resistance bacteria and the monolayers of multidrug resistance cell lines on spheroids (3D model of cell lines cultivated in vitro). During the STSM, the structure of the spheroids and changes in the size and shape of the 3D structures will be monitored as well as provide the basic histological analysis of the spheroids. Subsequently, the ability of spheroids to produce the monolayers of cells will be studied. Thanks to the Visegrad fund, four STSMs will be realized in the length of 12 days per each of them. https://biomikro.vscht.cz/research/current-projects/multidrug-resistance-and-post-treatment-regeneration?force&jazyk=en#novinka_detail
