PesText Festival 2020: V4 Improvised Poetry
V4 Improvised Poetry—Budapest impressions by foreign authors, is an event due to be held at Egyetem square, near PIM, Budapest, as a follow-up of the Feel the City event, with chosen V4 authors writing a piece on the spot, which will be translated right away by translators taking part in the festival, in front of the audience. It is one of the most interactive and creative parts of the festival program, where the local audience can meet the V4 authors (V4 literary residents, invited festival guest artists, poets, slammers, translators etc.) in person, and witness how they see the capital, in form of improvised slam poetry to be written and translated on stage, inspired by their impressions reflecting on the previous city tour lead by the drama pedagogist, Viola Kallós.
