CONCERT No.2 Katowice

The second concert is taking part in Katowice, Radio's Concert Studio, containing the same music program, and the same accompanying events (art students' displays, meeting with the public participating in improvisatory sections, before the concert, and Q&A forum debate after the concert) as the previous concert in Ostrava (18/3). It will be presented by the same performers, except for the Polish students participating in the art exhibition. www.soundsofdiversity.com

Participating at the seminar/workshop in PL

Active part at the seminar/workshop is the best way how to spead the knowledge among the people, especially among the social workers to whom it is adressed. Biodegradability of Ecological Packaging

This workshop will follow up the previous workshop also conducted in Brno. Day 1: Introduction to Biodegradation and Ecological Packaging - Aerobic Biodegradation Basics and Testing Methods Practical work. Day 2: Anaerobic Biodegradation and Microbial Ecology - Understanding the Process and Testing Methods Theoretical part: Introduction to the theoretical basis of the principles of anaerobic culture techniques and the instrumentation used in the laboratory. Practical work: Preparation and sterilization of media for anaerobic cultivation of microorganisms during biodegradation experiment. Day 3: Microbiological Laboratory Techniques 1 - Methane production test Theoretical introduction in monitoring the production of methane gas as a byproduct of anaerobic biodegradation and practical work. Day 4: Microbiological Laboratory Techniques 2 Theoretical part: Biodegradation Testing and Data Analysis – Experimental Design, Data Collection, Statistical Analysis, and Reporting. Practical work.
