Competition of Debuting Documentary Filmmakers from Central Europe

A nomination screening of 7–8 feature documentaries (3–4 from V4) by debuting directors from Central Europe. The screenings will be accompanied by discussions with creators and protagonists. The jury consists of film professionals from Central Europe. The pre-selection is done by the program board (Jarmila Poláková, Filip Kršiak, Pavla Janoušková Kubečková). Film Inn Lunch

A meeting of the jury, film professionals, lecturers of Film Inn Visegrad along with the nominated filmmakers. An informal meeting accompanied by a fun, informal reception connecting people from different regions. It will be a rather significant gathering, despite its informal character. 2nd Working Visit

Working visit organised by each partner will be aimed at presentation of local successful organisations and experience exchange. Working visits will create the opportunity for participants to learn about existing examples of best practice in the field, also be the space to assess project’s progress, deal with emergent issues, discuss the preparation of outputs and other related practical issues to ensure that all outputs are in line with the main goals of the project. https://restart.utopia.sk
