Open Workshops on Safety in the Mountains

Official opening of the Mountain Rescuers Educational Trail is planned. Therefore, it is necessary to rent a conference room for 50 people with catering, because not only do we plan to invite participants of the project, but also representatives of local authorities, tourist organizations and representatives of schools from the surrounding areas. After opening of the Trail, rescuers will conduct workshops on safe movement in the mountains as well as mountain rescue lectures and displays. Workshops for the public will be in the form of a walk around the Educational Trail with displays prepared by rescuers, lectures and interviews in all of the spots where boards and photomaps were built. 1st Educational Workshop in Czechia

1 of 10 educational one-day experience-based workshops for primary and high school pupils, based on 1989 theme. The workshop is lead by 2 trained experts. Approximately 30 pupils take part on one workshop. We are not able to tell yet in which cities the workshops will take place, this depends on the demand from the schools. Thanks to the workshops the pupils will have a chance to learn something from the history of their nation and key event of 1989.
