Film Inn Masterclass

The masterclass includes discussions among the V4 representatives about movie professions. We are focusing on film professions in the context of documentary movies with a special emphasis on such trades which are often ignored by film festivals and in award categories for documentary films (getting only slightly more attention in non-documentary movies): music, sound, screenplay (which is like a story in non-documentary filmmaking), production (in this case it will mean speaking about the production of different, shorter forms rather than the feature documentaries), promotion (trailers and their effect on the viewer) of cinematography, direction, and editing. Film Inn Music

Representatives from two V4 countries – musicians, who have created unique pieces of music for documentary films in confrontation with reality will make a live presentation for festival viewers. This program will be accompanied by a rather informal discussion. The event is a follow-up to last season, which also included talks by documentary film composers. The project now continues with a special emphasis on musicians composing music based on reality, with a reach into audiovisual new media. Contemporary music has the ability to capture soundscapes surrounding us and often even reflects the current social climate. As part of their presentation, the invited guests will present their music production. Partner Meeting

Partners and applicant of the project will have presentations and meeting with university and industry of central Europe area as special event during International conference of diagnostics in electrical engineering.
