Webinars
The webinars will be organized for community leaders, the council of elders members, community servants, and other stakeholders of Armenian communities on the following topics: Current Legal Issues of Local Self-Government in Armenia;
Current Financial Issues of Local Self-Government in Armenia; European Charter of Local Self-Government and the State of Local Democracy in Armenia; COVID-19: Legal Framework for LSG Bodies and Practical Issues. Three webinars will be organized for each topic (12 in total). Each webinar will be attended by 20 participants (approximately 240 participants in total). The webinars will be led by three local experts. Experts will represent the topic, after which there will be a part of Q&A. The duration of each webinar will be 1.5–2.5 hours, based on the duration of the Q&A part.
