Training of Mentors

Choose young mentors aged 20–29 who will have TOT about active citizenship, facilitating, leadership, communication, mentorship. In Georgian reality. As practice showed us, youth in our target area more trust and listen to the youth ("influencers") of their age. Identifying such mentors in each settlements will increase the impact and the benefits of our project. Planning and implementing your own community project with the local mentor of your age is something that is important for our target groups.
