The Introduction and Starting of the Project (Online)

Agenda: - Welcome and Introduction - Objectives of the Workshop - Brief Overview of the Project and Workshops - The Expected Achievements of the Project - Edible Packaging Production Techniques - Quality Control and Safety Considerations - Regulatory Framework and Compliance - Sensory evaluation of packed food - Statistical analysis - Questions and Answers Session - Closing Remarks and Next Steps. The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the concept of ecological and sustainable packaging production and to introduce the participants to the schedule of the project. The growing interest in sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging solutions, which has led to the emergence of more eco-friendly packaging as a viable alternative will be highlighted. Quality control and safety considerations will be addressed, stressing the importance of maintaining high standards in edible packaging production.. The part of the workshop will be also the presentation of methodology that are usually conducted on experimentally produced ecological and sustainable packaging to reveal its physical, chemical and microbiological properties. With the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be invited to network and engage in informal discussions with each other, fostering connections and potential collaborations in the field of ecological and sustainable packaging production. Day 1- School visit, meeting the head teacher, participating in lessons. Walking tour on the Pest side of the city; photo competition (part 1), games to encourage communication, cooperation and group cohesion at school. Day 2 - Workshop on the top 10 healthy French foods in the French Institute. Discovering hidden but suitable places for sport activities on the Buda side guided in French by students. Let's move: Margaret Island: sport activities, swimming pool (optional). Day 3 - Zoo and the City park observation/survey on healthy life style of people with the help of a questionnaire realised by the students. Afternoon: traditional bakery workshop / the know-how of healthy eating - choice of interesting recipes by students. Day 4 Hiking and treasure hunt in the Buda Mountains; photo competition (part 2) Evening - International event, multilingual quiz, folk dance Alorybnik.polsl.pl

The conference summarising the project

Organization of a conference summarizing the project. The conference will be organized online, in English and will last 2 days. The aim of the conference will be to collect and disseminate Lessons Learned. On the first day of the conference, presentations will be given by academics acting as Living Labs Coordinators and researchers who used the project for research purposes (completed and in progress). On the second day, students - Living Labs Leaders will share their experiences. Based on the presentations, an Lessons Learned report will be created presenting the case studies prepared by each project VSLL.
