Green Recommendations for Applicants and Grantees
In 2020, we have launched a project we call Green Visegrad, in which our whole team made commitments towards reducing our waste inside the office building and out, switching to digital solutions, preferring bicycle or public transport and other sustainable approaches to our everyday activities.
Now we proudly present to you our Green Recommendations for Applicants and Grantees, a document by which we invite you, our partners, to join us to achieve a much greater positive impact in our region.
In this document you will find:
- An introduction into the topic of environmental sustainability,
- Suggestions on how to set green goals for your project,
- Recommendations on how to manage your project more sustainably, including tips about office management, event organization, and waste management, among others.
We would like to encourage you to consider these recommendations when planning your project and to look for more sustainable alternatives in your everyday practice. The purpose of this document is to give you a helping hand in this.
We are here to learn from you, just as to motivate and support you in organizing your project activities responsibly towards our planet. Each project is specific, and the topic of environmental sustainability is complex. You may not find answers to all of your questions here, but we hope that this document can be a starting point for making a positive change.
