Visegrad Art Residencies
Communication
The Visual & Sound Arts, Literary Arts and Performing residencies can be implemented after the contract is signed between the Fund, the host organization and the artist. The host institution is to assure the signature of its statutory representative and the artists and to send one signed copy to the Fund. In case of residencies in New York (VARP NY), the contract is signed between the Partner (FUTURA) and the selected artists.1st installment
The Fund shall disburse the 1st installment upon reception of duly signed contract. In case of residencies in New York, the scholarship is disbursed by the Partner (FUTURA) upon signature of the contract.
2nd installment
If applicable, the Fund shall disburse the 2nd installment upon reception of interim report – confirmation of continuation of the residency by the host organization. The artist and the host institution must acknowledge our support in all press materials related to your artist activities, events or publications resulting from your Visegrad residency. You must cite Visegrad residencies as ‘Visegrad Artist Residency Program, funded by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through International Visegrad Fund’. Also, in any publications or presentations, you should acknowledge that these views are your own and do not represent the International Visegrad Fund.The Final report is to be submitted by the artist and the host institution 30 days after the end of the residency at the latest.
